2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect anonymous data about how you interact with the app (screens visited, features used, session duration) via Firebase Analytics.
• Crash Reports: If the app crashes, we automatically collect diagnostic information (device model, OS version, stack traces) via Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix issues.
• Device Information: We may collect device identifiers, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic and analytics purposes.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Subscription Data: If you subscribe to AutoDoc Scan Premium, your purchase is processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We receive anonymized subscription status information (active, expired, trial) but do not receive your payment details.
• Advertising: The app may display banner advertisements. Ad networks may collect non-personal identifiers (such as IDFA) to serve relevant ads, subject to your device's ad tracking settings.

• Local Storage: All scanned documents and PDFs are stored exclusively on your device. We do not back them up to our servers.
• Cloud Storage: If Firebase Storage features are enabled, files uploaded by you are stored securely in Google's Firebase infrastructure with access controls.
• Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) and secure credential storage via iOS Keychain.
• Retention: We retain analytics and crash data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, in accordance with Firebase's data retention policies.

We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.
