- Introduction Welcome to Pyramid Blox. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application.
Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the app.
- Information We Collect 2.1 Information Processed On Your Device Gameplay data: Your coin balance, high scores, and sound preference are stored locally on your device so the app can run. We do not upload this data to our own servers. iCloud backup: If you are signed in to iCloud on your device, your coin balance and high scores are also saved to Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage so they can be restored if you reinstall the app on the same Apple ID. This data is managed by Apple; we do not have direct access to your iCloud account or its contents. 2.2 Information You Provide Support communications: If you email us for help, we receive the information you include in your message (such as your email address and the content of your request). 2.3 Information Collected Automatically Purchase data: If you buy a coin pack, your purchase is processed by Apple and verified through RevenueCat. We receive information needed to confirm your purchase (for example, which coin pack was bought). We do not receive your full payment card details. Coin pack purchases are one-time, non-recurring purchases — we do not offer subscriptions. Analytics data: We use Firebase Analytics to understand basic app usage (such as sessions, app opens, and device/platform information) so we can improve the app. This data is not linked to your name or contact details. Crash and diagnostic data: We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and diagnostic logs when the app encounters an error, so we can fix bugs. Advertising data: We show rewarded video ads through Google AdMob (for example, to let you continue a run for free). AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers and other technical information to serve and measure ads, and, where you have given consent, to personalize them. See Section 8 for consent details. 2.4 Information from Third Parties Apple: Apple may process purchase and account-related information according to Apple's policies when you use the App Store or StoreKit.
