Meowmory Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Meowmory is provided by Native Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). This page explains the terms for Meowmory's app features and subscriptions.

App license and Apple terms

Meowmory is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). That agreement governs the software license, including its permitted uses, termination, warranties, and liability provisions.

This page provides additional information about Meowmory's features, subscriptions, and data controls. It does not replace or reduce your rights under the Standard EULA, Apple's applicable terms, or mandatory consumer protection law. If this page conflicts with the Standard EULA on a software-license matter, the Standard EULA governs that matter.

What Meowmory provides

Meowmory helps you save links, notes, photos, and files, organize them into collections, search your library, and rediscover saved items through Daily Recall and reminders. Supported versions may also include widgets, Share Extension actions, Shortcuts, and iCloud sync.

Feature availability and layouts depend on your device, operating system, app version, permissions, and the availability of Apple services. Meowmory does not require a separate account with us. An Apple Account is used for App Store purchases and, when enabled, iCloud synchronization.

Meowmory Pro

An active Meowmory Pro subscription or eligible active trial is required to use the app's main features after onboarding. Both plans provide access to the current Pro features:

  • Monthly: a subscription that renews every month, with no introductory free trial.
  • Yearly: a subscription that renews every year, with a three-day introductory free trial for eligible subscribers when offered through the App Store.

A trial is not available to every Apple Account. Eligibility is determined by Apple and the subscription group's introductory-offer rules. Previous use of an introductory offer may make you ineligible. The app should display the offer applicable to your account; the App Store purchase confirmation shows the actual terms before you subscribe.

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, billing duration, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown by the App Store. There is no lifetime purchase promised by these plans. Access on another compatible device depends on Apple's purchase rules and verification of the subscription associated with the purchasing Apple Account.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Apple processes subscription purchases and bills your Apple Account under the terms shown when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. An eligible trial continues into a paid subscription unless canceled under the terms displayed by the App Store.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings or through Manage subscription in Meowmory when available. Apple recommends canceling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew. See Apple's cancellation instructions.

Uninstalling the app, turning off iCloud, or deleting app data does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation does not itself erase your library. The App Store subscription status determines the access period available to your account.

Restore purchases and refunds

Use Restore purchases on the subscription screen if an existing subscription is not recognized. Make sure the device is using the Apple Account that made the purchase and has a working connection so Apple can verify it. A new purchase is not required merely to attempt a restore.

For refund requests, follow Apple's refund process. Apple determines eligibility and processes refunds subject to its policies and applicable law. These terms do not exclude any statutory refund or consumer rights.

Your saved content

You retain your rights in the content you save. You are responsible for having the right to copy, store, access, or share that content and for using Meowmory lawfully. Saving a link does not transfer ownership of the linked website or give permission to reuse its content.

Meowmory processes saved content as needed to provide the features you use, including local storage, previews, search, reminders, widgets, export, and iCloud sync. Saving content does not give us ownership of it or a license to use it for advertising.

Do not use Meowmory to violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the operation or security of the app or connected services. Software-license restrictions are set out in the Standard EULA.

Storage, synchronization, and reminders

Your library is stored locally. When iCloud sync is enabled and available, content and related state synchronize through Apple's private CloudKit database. Synchronization can be delayed or unavailable because of connectivity, account changes, storage limits, or system scheduling. It is not a substitute for an independent backup of important files.

Link previews may contact external websites automatically after a link is saved. Websites can change or disappear, and previews may be unavailable or incomplete. Access to third-party websites and services is subject to their own terms.

Notification delivery and widget updates depend on Apple's system scheduling, your permissions and settings, and subscription access where applicable. Meowmory reminders are intended for everyday organization and are not an emergency or safety-critical alert service.

Export, deletion, and inactive subscriptions

Export and deletion controls remain available when Pro access is inactive. An inactive subscription does not automatically delete your saved library, but main paid features are restricted until access is restored.

An export includes available data and originals on the current device. Files not yet available from iCloud are identified in the export manifest. Meowmory does not currently promise an in-app restore or re-import workflow for an exported ZIP.

Individual deletion and Delete all data use synchronization deletion records. They do not necessarily physically erase every record or every copy immediately. The Privacy Policy explains retained data and metadata, propagation to other devices, and copies outside the app's control. Review your export before deleting content you need to keep.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how saved content, iCloud data, previews, purchases, device information, and support correspondence are handled. Apple's services are also subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may improve or change the app and update these terms as its features or services evolve. Changes remain subject to applicable law and your existing purchase and consumer rights. The revision date above identifies the current version of this page.

Warranty, liability, and license-termination provisions are governed by the Standard EULA, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
